Hey man,
I think BB becomes irrelevant on the flop.
Giving the 3 bettor a 3 bet range of 13%, puts you at around 52% on the flop. Worst case scenario is JJ+ and some 67xx runs that he incorporates into his range. Very unlikely for him to have a set and the A/Q could still be good if you hit so it's hard to get away.
As played I like a c/r otf, you're not sad if he checks behind ( which he rarely does ).
