hello im thinking to strat play poker not only like a hobby but to build a bankroll and later on to make some extra money in poker i have more experience in live poker than online im thinking to play cash games and just wanna ask how to decide how big should be my starting bankroll in nl5 or nl10?

You can read about that in the introductory article to the Big Stack Strategy.
One of the most common guidelines is 25 buy-ins, or 2500 Big Blinds, for each limit, or alternatively 30 buy-ins/3000 Big Blinds for shorthanded games.
So you'd need at least $125 for NL5 or $250 for NL10 ($150 or $300 for shorthanded games).
Of course, this is only a recommended guideline, but you shouldn't deviate too much from it.
