for NL10 zoom full ring, are we going broke with KK pre to an unknown but we know they are playing just 1 table?

I guess you probably should, even though I wouldn't be too happy doing so. Alternatively, you could call the 4bet and never fold if an Ace never falls on the Flop. This allows you to keep all his bluffs in the hand and if he has AK he will occasionally randomly 3barrel bluff.

*Note: This definitely goes against common wisdom and I rarely recommend flatting 4bets, especially at lower limits where the 4b size will typically be 2.5X-3X the 3bet size as compared to higher stakes where small 4b sizes are more prevalent (2-2.3X) but still, when you are unsure whether the hand is strong enough to jam, flatting with KK/QQ/AK to keep worse hands in might be a better option sometimes.
