Is it ok to shove directly vs him to avoid playing postflop? he folded so far 0%, but folds flop 55%. Nice call. Now is easy when we see result, but what range would you shove from now on? 88+, AT+?

Well if he calls such crap obviously jam all value hands.

Before knowing that though, I don't see why we need to implement such a strategy. A better strategy would be to use a very large 3b size of maybe around 15BB - This way you are committed on almost any flop even with your overcards (AK/AQ) and you can c/c your entire stack if he's the type to bluff a lot when checked to. You can also do that with overpairs.

Why is this strategy better? Simply because you ensure that he continues with almost his entire range. Jamming directly just allows him to fold his random 74s type of hands (although in this case he didn't).

Just pick any hands with >50% equity to value jam,
unless you think EV(Call Hand X) > EV(Jam Hand X)

I'm not sure how he ranks hands, but 74s is certainly a pretty weak hand, I would rank it at maybe top 70% of hands?

Anyway I'll just assume he stacks off with top 50% of hands, with a slightly different distribution more highly weighted towards speculative suited connector type of hands.

Hands with >50% equity
44+,A2s+,K8s+,QTs+,A5o+,KTo+,QJo

I guess broadways will often play much better when you flat, so I'll probably stick to the value range of 44+/A9+
