He's random, he just minraises, you are IP and have a decent hand. 3betting may not be that bad, but it's borderline. By 3betting you isolate against him and you can get some value by your overpair while pot controlling IP.

Btw the call is definitely ok

Call on the flop is ok, by raising the only weaker hand which is calling is a draw.

On the turn I'm betting 2/3 or 3/4 of the pot. I think that on the turn it is possible to get some value by some drawing hands, pocket pairs and even by weaker hands since he's a random. Then on the river you can decide either to thin vbet or check back depending on the river card and on UTG's action.

As played the call on the river is ok, but it's sick because you gave him a free card. Put him on a range: what do you think he has? Draw? Weak made hand? Do you think he's going to bluff his busted draws on the turn? (too little hands to know so). Do you think he's calling w/ a weak hand on the river? (this is possible, but is also valid on the turn)

So I would vbet on the turn.

Take notes: minraise Ax from UTG, cbet 1/2 pot w/ draw, turn checks draw, river bets <1/2 for value. That's a ton of nice info to exploit him

Your line is fine.

1. Fishes love to bluff with small bets way more than regs.
2. You get a great price
3. Fishes tend to use the bet check bet line with bluffs (they think you are weak when you check the Turn so they bluff more on the River)

I think betting the Turn would often be too thin (50% pot or more), though if the opponent is extremely call-happy and loose and passive, a 1/3 pot could be a decent plan to charge some draws and some AK/AQ. Betting larger would often isolate oneself against better hands (since he would usually c/c Turn with JJ-AA as well as some 6X, and would never call the Turn with any draws on a double paired board)
