Hero posts SB 0.5 BB, BB posts BB 1 BB

Pre Flop: (pot: 1.5 BB) Hero has 8♠ 8♣

fold, fold, fold, BTN raises to 2 BB, Hero raises to 7 BB, BB calls 6 BB, BTN calls 5 BB

Flop: (21 BB, 3 players) 5♣ 4♦ 7♣
Hero bets 10.02 BB, fold, BTN calls 10.02 BB

Turn: (41.04 BB, 2 players) 4♥
Hero bets 20 BB, BTN calls 20 BB

River: (81.04 BB, 2 players) J♠
Hero checks, BTN bets 68.32 BB and is all-in, Hero ?

No hands on BTN or BB but both of them had mobile app icon so probably fishy.
When I checked the flop BTN went all in the same moment, didn't think a second. When people go all in this fast is this more likely to be a bluff?
In your opinion is this a call or fold?

About the Timing Tell: Fast bets make him more polarized, fast calls on draw heavy boards make him more weighted towards draws and medium strength hands. It just means that his decision is simple and straight-forward.

For fishes, snap betting could often represent strength, but less so on rivers where they'll often just betting a ton with their busted draws. I don't think it's all that reliable of a tell in this situation.

I think this is a spot where he has plenty of better hands (99-JJ, QQ?, sets), as well as plenty of bluffs. You block some draws with 8:c and your 2 8s, but I still feel it's a call.
