I would fold here. That is very dangerous flop, he might have FD, OESD or maybe a set.

Any info on your opponent? Was he a fish a TAG or what?

Preflop i'm 3betting 4x to 0.28 against a fish to get the max value from the hand. Vs a decent reg 0.22-0.24 is probably fine enough.

Sizing on a 3bet pot depends on your plan. Cbetting 3/4 here to get max protection is theoretically ok, but practically you plan is to broke against him by valuetowning to the river andd also protection is not a major factor in such spots (depending on the oppo) because STPR are smaller. So a good idea is to choose a size that allows to have about a PSB to the river. Anyway, you're betting 4value, then betting big is definitely OK Just take what I told you as something to consider

I don't really think I'm folding on the flop, ofcourse if he's something like a nit I do want to fold here, but against a fish I think I'm putting the stack in the pot
