Hand converted by PokerTracker 4

BTN: 139.26 BB (VPIP: 24.44, PFR: 17.22, 3Bet Preflop: 11.44, Hands: 1,516)
SB: 120.8 BB (VPIP: 17.63, PFR: 13.91, 3Bet Preflop: 7.22, Hands: 6,720)
Hero (BB): 112.14 BB
UTG: 128.96 BB (VPIP: 30.07, PFR: 23.64, 3Bet Preflop: 7.22, Hands: 733)
MP: 100.5 BB (VPIP: 23.92, PFR: 19.85, 3Bet Preflop: 9.47, Hands: 4,229)
CO: 100 BB (VPIP: 25.24, PFR: 20.00, 3Bet Preflop: 4.55, Hands: 215)

SB posts SB 0.5 BB, Hero posts BB 1 BB

Pre Flop: (pot: 1.5 BB) Hero has 9♥ T♥

fold, fold, fold, fold, SB raises to 3 BB, Hero calls 2 BB

Flop: (6 BB, 2 players) 9♠ 2♣ 8♣
SB bets 4.56 BB, Hero calls 4.56 BB

Turn: (15.12 BB, 2 players) Q♥
SB bets 11.5 BB, Hero raises to 30 BB, SB calls 18.5 BB

River: (75.12 BB, 2 players) J♠
SB checks, Hero bets 74.58 BB and is all-in, fold

Spoiler

Hero wins 145.96 BB

is it ok to turn it into semi bluff which can be checked on river? I think it is too weak to call turn, probably if it is call, it would be one of weakest hands.

Hey GingerKid,

Preflop defend is good.

Flop call pretty standard imo.

I would just call turn here again and evaluate on river. Turn raise can often be +EV but most common way to construct raising range is to polarize.

River fine for value.

did you notice that villian is VPIP = 17?

Does it change your decision? i simply thougth EV of call will hardly be positive, so then better to raise than to fold it.

Hey GingerKid,

Might be more useful to check his rfi from the SB and cbet stats OOP than his VPIP.
