Yes, that is correct, badgerer.
However, it is still possible to post hands in the hand discussion forum

Once you're Silver, you will be able to post hands in the hand evaluations forums, where a professional judge will provide an evaluation of your play, and suggest alternatives.

How to use the hand evaluation forum
As a Silver member, you will be entitled to post up to 5 hands per month.
For Gold Status you get 20 hands per month.
