Hey Duziks,
Preflop overcall is fine here. Great price from the BB + there is a fish involved.
Flop call is good here with oesd and backdoor flush.
We are probably just not about getting the right price on the turn here. We have a decent amount of equity but both our draws are dominated. We also don't know if UTG will re-raise if we call making our overall pot-odds worse.
