Preflop: looks fine

Postflop: he seems to be super aggro so far but we only really beat very few semibluffs (on the turn) so what was your plan and what range did you have him on?

As played river is a call.

ahh you're right, i was thinking that weaker Qx can bet turn too for protecting but he rarely has QT here and QJ just got there. It would also be pretty farfetchd to think that he tries to bluff this scarecard since it easily helps my range too.

The J is definitely not a scarecard imo given this board.

So unless he bets random hands we will not be in great shape.
