I dont wanna play KK 3 way OOP and my opponent's 3bet at BU is 18.8, so I 4bet KK. I dont have villain's 4bet calling range but I dont think he cold call Ax here, QQ+ might be more reasonable. How about my preflop play? How should we play postflop?
