in what sample are those stats ?

u are both pretty deep so i'm not playing for stacks w/ just an overpair, although we also have a gutshot & a BDFD... meh , i would play as OP.

You may have heard all of this before but I believe that Nvaz is definitely correct saying you need to consider your sample size when looking at those stats. You could be getting extremely mislead.

For example, Imagine He has only had 3 chances to cbet, but has done it 2 times out of those 3. Thus we see 67% cbet.

This may be the case, but maybe he only cbets with a TPTK or better and just happened to have it 2 out of those 3 times, suddenly the 67% has taken us on completely the wrong track and our reliance on these stats can trip us up and cause us to make some fairly sizeable mistakes.

About the hand:
Interesting flop-raise in that hand, Looks like he will be wanting to 3bet all sets, monster-draws and two-pairs, maybe even AA or KK. That would leave you in an awesome spot on turn of facing a capped range of weak hands that feel they can only ever check/call.

Its strange that he jammed turn but I would guess he either has NutFD or a trap that you are drawing almost dead against so I would fold believing my overall equity far too low to call. If he shows something like Q8cc you will likely have to widen your calling range in the future a bit as he it is very unlikely this will be an isolated move.

if u were not ready to go all in on the turn, then why raise the flop? if he raised over your flop raise are you calling?

in a 200bb pot our hand is very much weaker so we should play our hand more passively and call flop call turn or bet when he checks

when we get jammed on the turn its not even close, hes seldom bluffing in a 200bb effective spot we are almost always behind
