3b w/ KQo against a maniac CL, which line on T43sJr ?

Since you´re oop and he opened UTG I would just called pre-flop. You can 3-bet, but I don´t think he would be folding too much and likely you don´t want to 3-bet/call with KQ.
I would bet flop a littlebit bigger that I could shove on Q,K and A turn cards. 11k seems little too small and likely getting floated too often.
On the turn I would either overbet shove or c/rai. B/c with K high is not my favorite line.

5-handed 3betting KQo OOP is fine, but make it at least 15000 this deep please. However if he's a maniac, there's a lot of value to flopping a K or a Q and check/calling 3 streets, so call preflop is likely better.

Flop I make it slightly bigger also, but not with the plan of shoving turn because there aren't really that many turns we're shoving.

Turn: I'd bet 40000. Looks stronger than a shove. C/rai is also an option with 74k left in a pot of 54k, if he is a true maniac and we can expect a bet often enough here with his Tx hands.
