So guy is a pretty aggro fish, but a bit more passive OTT than other streets.
My question is if diamond would come would this still be a call. He would probably bet his 2 pair or set hands OTT, but would he bet his FD-s too?

Vs a fish that's more passive on the turn (after being aggro before) we can definitely consider betting the turn ourselves.
If a diamond would come and we check our action would depend on his bet sizing as well and possibly timing tell. But generally I'm not looking to fold TPGK in a 3-bet pot vs aggro fish.
