Hero (CO): 105.5 BB

Pre Flop: (pot: 1.5 BB) Hero has J♠ J♦

fold, MP raises to 3 BB, Hero calls 3 BB, BTN raises to 10 BB, fold, fold, fold, Hero calls 7 BB

Flop: (24.5 BB, 2 players) 3♦ 7♥ 6♦
Hero checks, BTN bets 14 BB, Hero raises to 28 BB, fold

Spoiler

Hero wins 63.88 BB

MP folds 5/7 vs 3b. BU sqeeze 7% from BU. Ft4b 3/3. 70% flop cbet in 3bet pot, 8/9 times turn.

Is flop ok to raise? I guess I could let him barrel turn and then raise? I thought my hand is too vulnerable so wanted to protect, and would call with broadways when they hit (less protection needed).

I don't get these protection raises. I've seen phil galfond do similar things but they don't make any sense to me.

Internet explains it here. Actually says it is ok option, not really explains.
KJo vs 3bet and overbet

I guess if it is applicable there, it should be even more here.

Are you value raising 88-JJ?
So what bluffs are you raising?

88-TT i call because i block oesd and they have backdoor. Bluff 9Ts. Not raising sets.

It's a reasonable spot for it, JJ is strong enough to backraise Preflop I would think.

I really dont understand flop c/r... ok you are protecting hand but if he shoves then what is your play? If you call a shove you are vs high FD or QQ+ and he folds all bluffs. Ok he has some eq with his bluffs but is it worth to protect too much vs shoving against QQ+? I know that if you calldown vs QQ+ it would be the same result but you can at least hope he is bluffing.

I think internet´s post where ranges are much wider blinds vs btn isnt the same.

PS: now I see villain bets 8/9 turn... so its much more clear c/c flop and just bluffcatch him down

well we are committed and call it off. Occasionally villain will put you on draws and shove A3 or AK here.

I think in general it's probably fine to raise something on a later street if it's strong enough to raise on an earlier street, provided the board runout didn't change hand strengths too much.

It is also very good if he folds his overcards, which have >= 28% equity, thats a big success. His range is wider than QQ+ here, and if we think he is folding all hands except QQ+ which he shoves, then it is not good option. Vs min raise he will have to defend wider on such a board to prevent me from bluffing, so there are more combos than QQ+

In "math" world yes he has to defend more bud in reality I just dont think some1 will b/c flop with worse than AhQh and also this hand is very optimistic. But I understand your point.
