Preflop: Isn't it better to 3b to 120 ? Even if he doesn't fold that much to 3b?
Flop: I was thinking about raise but his range consists mainly of low&middle cards so that flop is good for him.
Turn: Here also I was considering raise, Q is a good card for it, he might throw out 2x,5x even 8x and few worse hands like 47,96.

3-bet for value is fine if he calls with a lot of junk. Just call is also fine.

No need to bluff on the flop. I prefer just to check/fold there. If he is c-betting very often than check/call or check/raise are also an OK options.

On the turn the call is fine. The Q is good card because its scary card and if you know he can fold than raise would be fine. If we raise here than very often I would push on the river.
