i think it's a fold cos people don't bluff like that

On the Turn you have enough odds to try hitting a boat. I don't expect you to have so much implied odds on a T/6/A cos the boat is extremely obvious. A Q is a good out, and you are getting <20% which means that you are getting direct pot odds.

So call T and fold R is probably best.
