It depends on his postflop agression factor. In general yout played fine, this flop should mis your range a lot as a big squueze pre and should hit his range when he cold called big 3-bet.
The villain is unknown regarding his/her postflop tendencies but presuming the villain has something, I could have let the villain bluff as well... but yeah, cbet is not bad option as well... I was just interested in what is better here: cbet or check/call or raise...
c-betting low boards is more of the times better, because his range shuould contain middle pairs and A highs which he is not dumping yet.
