I am beginer and I am also interested how to access PS tickets,but I have make a deposit on Full Tilt,and send money to PS.

Which tickets are you referring to exactly? There are a lot of tournament tickets you can get on PokerStars, for example by making a deposit or by winning a satellite tournament, and so on.
So could you please clarify?
