Break even %
= 100/(pot odds added together)
= 100/(2.74+1)
= 26.7%

My draw has 26.19% equity to win against 2 made sets on turn.

Hence the call should be a slightly losing play if we disregard implied odds?

I'm used to playing 6handed, but in first position this hand is too weak to open.
On the flop you can fold. CO betting into 5 people indicates strength, and your weak pair with backdoors is simply too weak to call.
As played, the turn is a fold, especially after the raise and because you're not drawing to the nut-FD.
