SB: $46.35 (231.8 bb)
BB: $24.04 (120.2 bb)
Hero (MP): $21.33 (106.7 bb)
CO: $39.31 (196.6 bb)
BTN: $19.17 (95.9 bb)

Preflop: Hero is MP with T 9
Hero raises to $0.60, CO folds, BTN raises to $1.80, 2 folds, Hero calls $1.20

Flop: ($3.90) 3 2 9 (2 players)
Hero checks, BTN bets $2.20, Hero calls $2.20

Turn: ($8.30) 7 (2 players)
Hero checks, BTN checks

River: ($8.30) 5 (2 players)
Hero checks, BTN bets $4.10, Hero calls $4.10

Ano table, V unknown, probably no the best player cause of that stack size.

It is ok to defend this kind of hands vs 3bets oop ?
On the flop the plan was to call here, call turn, and fold river.
When he checked OTT, should we call the river on that runout ?

Hi isssean,

Preflop: why are we defending this OOP without info? What is the plan? Fold pre imo.

Postflop: Can we not bet the river ourselves, maybe 1/3 pot? If the fish has AK/AQ he can easily call while he would mostly check it back otherwise.

As played the river bet looks like value but you need to be good 25% of the time and we still have TP so I ain't folding.
