Hi AtrociousNightmare

Preflop: looks fine

Postflop: the fold is definitely easy once we get shoved on. The question is: what range do you expect someone as nitty as him to ck/call 2 streets with (and what was the river plan)?

Do we have enough value for 3-streets? Can we check turn here and call or bet river?

JJ/TT, xe's also not empty with bluffs PRF so maybe QJ or even 98s.

Plan on river is to check behind.

Checking turn and calling river I don't like as I don't see this type of player very bluffy postflop especially on river. Xe won't thin value bet (that we beat) either.

Checking turn and betting river hm...
I suppose so, however board is not entirely safe...

Given the range you gave him what can we really fear on the river? So Qx with diamonds and that's pretty much it.

So you would still prefer checking turn and betting or calling river?
What advantages does it have in this case over bet turn and check river behind?

Betting turn assumes that villain has a range that can really call you on the flop/turn AS the pFR.

I agree that him betting river would be difficult or us but I'd expect a lot of checks from his weaker hands (Qx, JJ/TT).
