Hi,
$0.05/$0.10 No Limit Hold'em Cash, 6 Players
Poker Tools Powered By Holdem Manager - The Ultimate Poker Software Suite.

SB: $2.23 (22.3 bb)
Hero (BB): $10 (100 bb)
UTG: $14.66 (146.6 bb)
MP: $16.10 (161 bb) 24/16 Hands 25
CO: $10 (100 bb) 19/17 Hands 45
BTN: $11.39 (113.9 bb)

Preflop: Hero is BB with Q Q
UTG folds, MP raises to $0.30, CO calls $0.30, 2 folds, Hero calls $0.20

Flop: ($0.95) 9 4 6 (3 players)
Hero checks, MP checks, CO bets $0.75, Hero calls $0.75, MP calls $0.75

Turn: ($3.20) Q (3 players)
Hero checks, MP checks, CO checks

River: ($3.20) 7 (3 players)
Hero checks, MP checks, CO checks

I prefer calling preflop, as going 3bet/stackoff isn't profitable at these stakes and it doesn't make sense to turn it into a bluff by 3bet/fold.

Postflop I was thinking about donking, but the later streets will be quite hard to play if called. I'm not perceived to be bluffing very often and there's not much worse to get called down by (max TT, JJ depening on runnout).

Does my thought process make sense? I don't like how this hand ended up, but seems like there's not much else to do. Maybe donk turn for protection, so they wouldn't see free river with 1 card flush draw type of hands. Thanks

Hello,

I am always 3betting preflop. Even if you don't want to go broke preflop (which I think is not right though), you can always get called by worse hands and play postflop.

On this flop I would go ahead and donk as I don't want to give away free cards.

Donking turn is an option, but then I don't really want to face a raise here, as it is flushes most of the times, but I think it's better than giving them a chance to check back.

As played, we can't do much on the river.

Best,
Plamen
