Hey SzamEE07,

It's usually good to have a specific reason for opening this hand from the CO. It should be outside our default range.

Flop cbet as semi-bluff is fine.

Turn is a standard bet for value.

Give that we hold the Q and beat any naked 9x hands I think a river value-bet is mandatory here. However we want to keep it pretty small (perhaps $3-$4) and we should be prepared to fold to a raise - we don't want to pay off flushes in this spot.
