hey guys since the video format has changed i do not get sound on any videos including older videos i have watched before? any ideas why?

Hey coreynz,
Does this happen for absolutely every video? Have you checked your sound settings? For example, you might have the sound for your browser turned off even if you have the volume up in general.
If that's not the issue here, you can always try clearing your browser's cache as this may sometimes cause problems like this. If you're not sure how to do this, here's a guide you can check out:
If that still doesn't solve the problem, just let us know and we'll see what else there is we can do in this case

Have you also tried to switch between Flash and HTML5 via the toggle button below the video?
