Hand converted with online PokerStrategy.com hand converter:

Play hand

$0.5/$1 No-Limit Hold'em (9 handed)

Known players:
[tg]UTG1$145.82:///////;UTG2$48.66:///////;MP1 (Hero)$171.27:///////;MP2$104.46:///////;MP3$101.50:///////;CO$103.93:///////;BU$108.30:///////;SB$121.18:///////;BB$100.00:///////;[/tg]

Preflop: Hero is MP1 with A:d, A:s.
UTG1 folds, UTG2 raises to $2.00, Hero raises to $6.00, 3 folds, BU calls $6.00, 2 folds, UTG2 calls $4.00.

Flop: ($19.5) 2:h, 4:h, 3:h (3 players)
UTG2 bets $42.66(All-In), Hero ???

UTG2 is fish 47/17

BU REG 14/11/2.1AF over 2.4k hands
Cold Call 3bet 1.4%

Against the fish range is believe I ahead but with a tight player behind I am abit concern and at times I do run into stronger hands.

Pot odds given is bad even against a typical flush draw I am getting even money(before rake).

Maybe fold and save variance?

At first glance this seems like a fold.

But think about it. How wide is the BU's range going to be here when he coldcalls vs the 3b? If the reg is loose he might flat many suited broadways and some suited Aces and connectors if he wants to play many pots vs the fish.

But if he's tight, he will almost always have 99-QQ and AQ/AK. That leaves him with 1-2 flush combos at the very most, and 0 sets/straights. So we are basically never an underdog vs the reg.

Thou sir,

I believe a fold is not a super bad play?

yes it's close, though I do think you are ahead of both players slightly which means that this is probably a call
