Hero checks, BTN bets $2.80, Hero calls $2.80

Turn: ($10.10) 8 (2 players)
Hero checks, BTN bets $6.27, Hero calls $6.27

River: ($22.64) 8 (2 players)

Hi, on the river if I want to defend 60%, then I guess it would be something like any Kx+.
But here I have quite passive villain with low betting frequency, so should it be fine to fold weak Kx?
What worst K would you call here?

Well one thing's for sure, he cannot value bet for thin value given his style

So many draws missed, and the best bluff-catchers are ones with no blockers (no A/J/T/)

this would be a call for me, though I'm not exactly thrilled with it. Maybe adjust your calling range downwards from 60->50% and fold the Kings with the bad blockers
