Any two cards. ;)

To be serious, it depends on so many things that is impossible to answer.

He constructs his range based on the ability of the opponent to absorb the fear that his stare generates. The higher the absorption rate of villain, the wider his range becomes. It's really a beautiful thing ...

Depends on table conditions. Pretty much as with any other thinking player it DEPENDS. If you will know his ranges, you won't make millions by playing them. Because many factors go behind his decisions that you might not understand at the moment.

Saw him once (or twice dont remember) at HSP open 72o then bet twice and took the flop, so it must be profitable. Dont be scared to try it and it may actually work. But dont give up if doesnt work the first few times. Just keep doing it, you should do it atleast 100 times to remove the variance ;)

now just take a look at THIS:

the average player takes <40% hands to showdown.
so, if you take any hand and raise and barrel aggressively, the odds are in your favour to win the pot! repeat until you're swimming in riches.

Rather bald statement. And that is not my name, you have been mistaken me for somebody else.
