My opponent is kinda fishy player after 25 hands, SB: open 40% limp 44%, BB: Flat 50%, 3bet 50%.

There was a hand, when he was obviously bet the river oop for value, with 50% of pot sizing:

Se here i thought, that i can use that read to call him down, because he is using bigger sizing, and it is kinda same situation where i don't have top pair. I would fold here readless.
Is it ok to use this read?
