Spoiler

Hero shows J♥ A♣ (Two Pair, Aces and Eights) (Pre 45%, Flop 29%, Turn 95%)
UTG mucks 7♠ 7♣ (Two Pair, Eights and Sevens) (Pre 55%, Flop 71%, Turn 5%)
Hero wins 263.06 BB

40% fold flop in 3bet pot, ft3b 50%. bet turn vs missed cbet 80%. Is it ok to call down because he can bluff floated broadways and PP, and could turn into bluff weaker pairs because my hand is obvious bluff catcher? Also there is not much value in cbet imo considering ranges.

Hey GingerKid,

Preflop 3b as a bluff is fine.

Flop cbet is fine with backdoor clubs.

Turn is generally a great spot to check.

The thing that worries me about the river spot is that i) 99-KK probably doesn't bet turn. ii) Villain has less broadways like KTs because he's opening from UTG, so a lot of his calling range is either mid-high pocket pairs or Axs. So while he can certainly bluff turn and river here he doesn't really have that many combos of hands that can bluff.

Vs reg i agree with you. But this guy is fish, so he will float wider and he fired turn vs missed cbet 4/5 times. Still it is off course marginal EV as most bluff catch spots.

Yeah, I think it's fine, especially vs this player. I'm just pointing out it's marginal I guess - it could quickly become a losing river call vs many opponents.
