What would be your read of the situation on the river?

This is a good line from villain of he's on a draw and misses on the river. The ace is a good scare card. However, an incomplete stack who open limps will not be thinking on this level. Looks like a slowplayed monster. Ax minimum. Good fold!
This line could be a bluff but only a very small percentage of the time. Mostly villain is doing this for value at NL4.

you block AK since you have two kings already, and AK is most probably 3betting preflop, so you can discount AK specifically , ugly spot though, you can make a case for calling but at micros this is mostly the nuts (or close to it), so good fold I think.
