I wouldn't bet so much on this dry board ever! A bit less than 1/2p bet is the optimal c-bet sizing on this board text.

No, I dont fold on that spot ever. Villain should 3 bet his big PP (TT+), even if he flats some of then you are way ahead vs his range. It doesn't make sense for him to re raise all in with 3x combos and I don't expect him to do it with big PP.

His range is really capped . His range is most likely some 6x combo or 77-TT(JJ?) hand.

Think of it this way-is AA/KK in a hurry to push? Prolly not. He has QQ as the top of his range most of the time(and AA/KK/QQ he might just 4bet pre). He could very easily have 88/99/TT/JJ, but very rarely a pure bluff. I would cbet less also and try to have a more balanced cbet sizing vs someone reggy. I wound't fold on the flop, although if you exclude bluffs(which you should, esp with this sizing of yours) and small pairs, it becomes a close call. I still call though. I've just seen a lot of unthinkable plays at these limits and he could easily have A6 f.e.
