20NL Speed: River value bet?

Villain is complete unknown. That's why I prefer to see a flop in position instead of 4betting. Maybe I should have 4bet anyway because post-flop I get confused about his line...

I conclude that he has either some mediocre showdown value or is slow playing a full house. Nevertheless checking behind the river feels incredibly weak...

Should the river be an automatic happy-happy value shove or is there any merit in checking behind?

Hi CamboCat

Preflop: 4-betting for value would be the default line here

Postflop: You underplayed your hand so far so why wouldn't we want to play for stacks postflop? Yes, bet/bet/bet and that's it.
