PF: I would suggest making it 7bb. It's going to be profitable for him to flat a ton of hands OOP when you make it so small. Unless you think he'll just play fit or fold postflop and having him flat a wide range causes him to lose more money.
F: QXX flops are generally bad for you to bluff on vs tight ranges. But your PF size makes his range pretty wide and he'll have plenty of suited aces, broadways and suited connectors which miss. So betting here is ok.
T: This is a very bad barrel card. Sure he might sometimes think about folding 55, but I think even 88/99 will sometimes continue when there are just so many draws possible on the board (2 flush draws, AK etc)
