Preflop: I don't like this PF raise without strong reads on opponent's PF and F tendencies. At this stack size, you will face a L/RR vs UTG limpers quite a bit. His limping range will often be stronger than K8s on average as well so you need him to limpfold a lot or have a high fold to cbet %.
F: Betting isn't ideal, but playing a 1card OESD isn't ideal as well. I would bet anyway
