Preflop: It's generally not advisable to 3b 97s vs UTG. Seems way too loose to me. If you are 3-betting this, you are probably 3-betting really wide.

Not to mention the fact that he is <100bb, which probably means that he's bad, loose and passive. And 97s doesn't fare all that well vs a wide range of pairs and broadways, all of which dominate your hand. Probably better to have fewer bluffs at NL5 for your 3betting range since your strong hands are likely to get paid off anyway. How many people actually use a HUD at NL5? I don't think you have many of them.

Flop: I don't think you need to bet so large here. In a 3b pot, you can bet half pot for 3 streets and get all the money in by the river.

Anyway, bet call the flop and fold the turn vs a large bet. When you turn the oesd, call again and fold unimproved on the river, while leading the river yourself if you improve.
