Is my flop raise too small?
I'm not sure how good is my turn+river barrels, because are basically 2 blanks, and i block w T9s some draws that villain could have.

draws missed, try not to bluff the river too often. I guess you have one of the better hands to bluff with, as opposed to busted spades.
I don't like raising the flop as well. It's strong enough to call, too weak to bet/push, and folding an 8 out draw would suck.
