Spoiler

$4.66 pot ($0.21 rake)
Final Board: 9 K J 7 K
SB mucked and lost (-$2.28 net)
Hero mucked Q A and won $4.45 ($2.17 net)

Given that I have position on him, i made the call preflop. Now I think may be it should be a fold because he is on the tight side.

I called the turn because I think have some implied odd when I hit my combo draw. But now I realize most opponent may not bet or call any bet when the 4th diamond hit the board. Even if i made a small bet on the river, they will not pay off. Now I think my turn call is a bad decision.

What do you think about my decision?

Hi,

preflop I think is fine. He has a high 3bet, what is his resteal stat from sb?

If he ch flop, I probably bet, as semi-bluff. If he is ch/r a lot then I like the ch behind. .

As played, def call turn, your have great equity and he is not really showing strenght.

THanks for replying livethelife7!
His resteal stat is 33, but i think the sample size is too small.
I agree he is not really showing strength after he checked the flop.

Hi cookyik

Preflop: looks fine - just 34 hands so don't pay attention to any of the stats

Postflop: I would bet the flop here to take it down and if called we still have equity in the hand.

And as played you should raise the turn often too because his range is very weak and you can get better to fold now.
