BU is unknown.

100bb's deep I would have this hand in my default 4bet bluffing range UTGvsBU. But when I'm deeper i'm not sure what should I do and I notice that opponents are 3betting more, when we are deeper. How I should react here? I think in these spots regs are 3betting as a bluff low Asxs/KQ/AJo.

Hi,

Usually depends on the players. Some players would likely call more pre-flop with TT/JJ, since they don´t want to play very big pot being deep and usually players are giving UTG range enough credit that they don+t mess random hands. Other players would widen their 3-bet range to put more pressure both pre and postflop.
If you have no history then I would rather give BU credit and r/f pre-flop. If you suspect he might being light then 4-bet is fine, although do you really have plan if he calls or 5-bets?
Call can also be option, especially if he is 3-betting wide and does not barrel enough on the turn. That would allow you to float or c/r often low boards and take away pots on the river once he checks back or c/c twice with your Tx, Ax boards.
