villain 22/14, opens 45% otb, 70hands, 70%fcb

not sure how to approach this spot, basically would it be better to donk or c/r and why?

SB: $121.05 (242.1 bb)
Hero (BB): $78.60 (157.2 bb)

Hi,

you've 3bet pre so you can't donk. I would always cbet this board; with a c/r we can't get our entire stack in otf; on the other hand we have a nutty draw +tptk+backdoor straightdraws, so we are happy getting it in here, and we will get value from worse draws, so betting seems like the natural play here.
