In my opinion preflop call is slightly loose for 5:1

However you can raise the flop and see what happens.

In my opinion you can
1. raise
2. fold
3. call - the worst move ! imo

I like a flopraise here as well. If you get 3-bet you can fold the turn very easy. With a call you still have no idea where you are at in this hand and if MP raises behind you you can't fold the flop as you can call for your outs now.

As played you should fold the river. He won't have a worse hand here often enough and MP could have a better hand as well.

You should also fold preflop with 76o, you will often lose when you hit 1 of your pairs, and this doesn't make up for the times you make your straight/2 pair.
