BB 32/25 3bet 12.5% - 287 hands

Was it ok to bet the turn?
When he checks the river can I bet again for thin value (would be a b/f)? Surely an 8 would bet unless he is trying to induce me to bet again as I have double barrelled.

Yeah-definitely cbet, but it's a c/b if he's c/r a lot. On the turn -I think I prefer to c/b tbh. We have 2 blockers for possible draws, most 8x will raise flop, so his range is very capped to second pairs. Even a FD might raise flop as many of them will have an overcard or a gutter/some draw and usually players play FDs strong.

So I prefer to c/b turn for that reason tbh. Riv is good.
