how do i make my account be tracked by pokerstrategy?
I thought i made account through pokerstrategy long time ago.

Simply insert your Username into fields where u play and it will track. Not Nickname, but Username.

This would depend on if you followed all the steps in the download guide.
If you believe you have followed all the steps correctly then it might be best to open a ticket with our customer support team.
Just scroll to the bottom of the page (after clicking the link above) and click the + sign next to "Open a new ticket'.
