My question is about the river, flop / turn are quite standard I guess.

Should I bet this river? There is a chance that he has hit is FH after the flop agression. So I am wondering it is worth the risk to bet the river.

3-bet preflop.

As played, the rest is fine.

Its fine. You could consider raising the Flop but i just like to call since SB is likely to have 9x or Jx most of the times. Hands hes not gonna fold at some point and you waited to put in your valueraise on the Turn. Its just fine. Raise flop is not a mistake but if hes got some drawing hand you can catch him up though. if the runout is favourable.
