I have problem with icm in situations like that. 1 player on 1.5 bb and 3 similar stacks to me.
Im just on 8 bb
Its fold pre? Push pot/push every flop? or limps call raise(all in)?
Finally i went all in vs big blind and lost on 9th.

Think a fold in EP is fine. But Gambling for the 4 interesting moneyspots is also not a bad idea. From the CO it should be a clear steal. And in the blinds without big action in front of you its just a resteal.
You just provoke to flip against some random broking range. Even 
xx is flipping, and if someone with a normal range repushes its just ugly. AQ34/ds should be good enough to play 4 stacks UTG.
In NLO8 with antes a push is probably fine. Here I think on a 9handed table its enough time to wait for a better spot. And even if you win the hand you just get the 4th/5th in chips and have to stay tight afterwards.
So. This is in my a opinion a spot where a tight fold is pretty even with a stack off
