i make this 4betlight but im not 100% if its fine to do it, the thing is that the original raiser was a fish 38% vpip 28% pfr obviously Open a wide range, and the cut off was like a semi maniac with 20% of 3bet,
my hand i dont like to call it pre, but i know have an edge over the opening rannge and the player who 3b thats why i like to make the 4b
