Provided you have followed all the steps in the download guide, it may still take up to 72 hours for you bonus to be credited.
If you haven't received the money or your upgrade to bronze by that time, then I would suggest opening a ticket with our customer support team.
Just scroll to the bottom of the page (after clicking the link above) and click the + sign next to "Open a new ticket'.
