if you bet, you most likely aren't a favorite against his cbet calling range of suited broadways and Ax.
so, i would check and call a turn bet, as then he could stab with hands that he would have folded otherwise (underpairs and random connectors). this specific turn is almost the worst card though, so folding wouldn't be a huge mistake.

as played, just checking turn and river and resigning yourself to the fact that you will lose most of the time is fine. he most likely has a better hand, but you can't make him fold it.
