I wouldn't bet quite so big on such a dry flop.

I think this is a good bet/bet/bet spot, I think you can still get called by worse. River sizing I would go quite small like 70c and then fold to any raise.

I think you dont need to bet so much on such a dry bord, i think you should bet about 1/2-2/3.
Turn is a right valuebet, he would not fold Ax.
Alternative line-check/call is not good in here becouse we will loose initiative and after his check turn we would loose a lot of value. He would not bet medium strength hands, he would check Ax , and some kinds of weak hands like Tx or 99. So, he would not float us, he would seldon bet with worst hand. We can not take more value from hands worst then top pair anyway.
So, i prefer betting in here. We will save initiative and take more value.
I dont like this check river. I think we should blockbet about 1/3-2/5, and fold to any raise.
We will take some more value from Ax that would not fold becouse of pot odds, and would not find ourselwes in a hard solutions against his big bet.
Sorry for mistakes , i am from Russia and i don't really good in english. Good luck!:f_thumbsup: =)

Make slightly smaller CBets on this dry board, I think 1/2 pot should be fine.

Flop and Turn look good.

River:
There's no reason to put xem on two-pair. AJ is there (maybe other Ax), QT, KQ, all cards that will probably pay you.
Just bet/fold and extract your maximum value from TPTK :)
You are deep so it won't be hard to fold if xe raises, especially if you keep sizes a bit smaller.

I agree with what was mentioned before me bet-bet-bet should be the standard approach in this situation.Only you should bet small on the river as mentioned and fold to a raise.Checking river doesn't get you value from his Ax hands.
